Job summary

JM Consulting in Sydney seeks a Senior Associate to lead leading complex commercial disputes and contentious insolvency matters. You will take ownership of strategy, client management and running matters through to resolution, working closely with partners.

You will also mentor junior lawyers, contribute to the growth of the practice and enjoy genuine autonomy in a collaborative, high-quality environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE in commercial litigation, dispute resolution or contentious insolvency.
• Comfortable taking responsibility for matters, dealing directly with clients and contributing to litigation strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead on complex commercial disputes and/or contentious matters with involvement in strategy, client management and running matters through to resolution.
