Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years’ experience working with private real estate funds in a product/client capacity.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills are essential.
• Clear written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders at various seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Support capital raising strategy for APAC real estate equity and debt products.
• Coordinate investor materials and due diligence processes.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to advance APAC capital raising.
• Assist in investor reporting and event coordination such as investor calls and roadshows.
• Act as a key contact for marketing campaigns and research pieces.

Job Summary

Work with senior Client Portfolio Management team, the Real Estate Investment team and Global Business Development Group on new and existing business development matters, primarily in relation to the APAC Real Estate equity and debt platform

Primary Responsibilities

• Work with the Head of APAC Client Portfolio Management and Director to execute the capital raising strategy for APAC real estate equity and debt products
• Support in the pursuit of Separate Account opportunities.
• Support the capital raising strategy for APAC real estate equity and debt products
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to implement and monitor APAC capital raising strategy.
• Engagement with existing clients and new prospects to help grow APAC capital base.
• Coordinate and respond to Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals from clients and prospects.
• Production and updating of investor materials – Investor Presentation, Factsheet, Due Diligence Questionnaire, Deal Summaries etc.
• Managing and running investor due diligence processes.
• Coordinate regular and ad-hoc investor reporting – Quarterly Report.
• Coordinate investor events such as the Quarterly Investor Calls and the Annual General Meeting.
• Attendance and active participation at investor meetings and roadshows.
• Acting as the main point of contact for marketing for any marketing campaigns.
• Engage with Research to develop thought pieces to aid the capital raising process.
• Reporting capital raising progress back to the business.
• Attendance at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years’ experience of working with private real estate funds in a product / client capacity.
• PowerPoint and Excel skills essential.
• Clear communicator, both verbal and written for both internal and external audiences or stakeholders and ranges of seniority.
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills.
• Self-starter, with the ability to work as part of a broader team but also independently.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
