Corrs Chambers Westgarth is seeking a 4+ PQE lawyer to join the Banking & Finance team in Sydney. You will work on leveraged and infrastructure finance, M&A finance, and corporate financing across domestic and international matters.

The role offers exposure to highly complex transactions and the opportunity to collaborate with leading industry professionals in a supportive, inclusive environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our leading Banking & Finance team in Sydney. The team regularly works on high profile leveraged and infrastructure finance, M&A finance and corporate finance transactions, working on both domestic and international matters.

If you have 4+ PQE (all Commonwealth jurisdictions considered) in acquisition, project, property and or corporate financing and the desire to work alongside some of the brightest and best in the industry, where you will gain exposure to highly complex and challenging deals, then this role is for you.
