What are we looking for?

An opportunity is now available for a proactive, passionate and results driven Lawyer who will specialise or is keen to specialise in abuse matters. You will be working with some amazing likeminded individuals who are incredibly passionate about advocating for victims of abuse.

Our abuse law lawyers, and support staff assist clients who may have had to deal with sexual or physical abuse (including historical trauma such as childhood abuse).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Instrumental in managing an Abuse practice and carry a file load
  • Continually exploring new opportunities for your practice and developing new business
  • Maintaining strong client relationships
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and an ability to communicate effectively
  • Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management
  • Ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems expeditiously
  • Assisting and mentoring junior lawyers with their development and case progression
