Job summary

Hassell is seeking an experienced Senior Revit Technician to join our Brisbane studio on a major health project. You will develop and coordinate detailed architectural documentation in Revit, aligning base build, facade and core and shell packages with architects and consultants.

You will navigate complex coordination issues within a large multidisciplinary team, contributing to design development and documentation delivery for a high-profile project.

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Revit Technician to join our team working on a major health project.

These roles will support the technical delivery of the project, with a focus on base build, fit-out, facade, core and shell, working closely with architects, consultants and the wider project team to develop and coordinate detailed architectural documentation in Revit.

Key skills and experience

• Advanced Revit capability and experience producing high-quality architectural documentation
• Experience working through design development and detailed documentation phases
• Strong technical knowledge across base build, facade, core and shell packages
• Experience coordinating architectural documentation with facade, structural, building services and other specialist consultants
• Ability to identify and resolve complex coordination and technical issues within a Revit environment
• Experience delivering large, complex or highly serviced buildings
• Strong understanding of construction detailing, buildability and documentation standards
• Ability to work collaboratively within a large multidisciplinary project team
• Health project experience would be valuable but is not essential; experience on similarly complex project typologies will also be considered.
• Full Australian work rights and ability to commence work in our Brisbane studio when appointed is essential.
