Job summary

Hassell is seeking an experienced Architect to contribute across all project phases—from early design through to delivery—with a strong emphasis on Revit capability.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, communicate clearly, and mentor colleagues while advancing progressive, future-focused design in a flexible, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' professional experience in architecture
• Registered Architect, or eligibility for registration in Australia
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary design practice
• Clear communication and presentation skills
• A collaborative mindset, with an interest in mentoring and supporting others
• Genuine interest in progressive, future-focused design

We’re keen to connect with experienced Architects who enjoy working across all phases — from early design through to delivery — and who bring strong Revit capability.

If you’re someone who can move comfortably between design thinking, documentation and coordination, we’d love to start a conversation.

What you might bring

Solid experience using Revit in live project environments

Exposure to Education, Transport, Health, Multi-Use residential or similartypologies

Confidence working across design development, documentation and delivery

A collaborative approach — comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams

Strong communication and organisation skills
