Job summary

Hassell is seeking a Senior Architect/Project Architect in Australia to lead delivery of complex projects across civil infrastructure, health, education and multi-residential typologies. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships and drive project strategy from concept to completion.

Join a collaborative practice that values design excellence, technical rigour and mentoring others while navigating design documentation and commercial outcomes across the studio network.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ professional experience in architecture.
• Registered Architect, or eligibility for registration in Australia.
• Strong project architecture and leadership capability.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects across various typologies (Civil Infrastructure, Health, Education, Multi-residential).
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and commercial contracts.
• Proficiency in Revit within complex project environments.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary design practice.
• Clear communication and presentation skills.
• A collaborative mindset, with an interest in mentoring and supporting others.
• Genuine interest in progressive, future-focused design.
