Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a senior technical delivery and modernisation expert to lead end-to-end engagements across Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney with flexible location options. You will assess legacy portfolios, design modernisation roadmaps, and apply AI-assisted tooling to deliver scalable, cloud-native architectures.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience modernising enterprise applications.
• Deep understanding of legacy environments and technical debt.
• Experience with cloud-native, API-first, microservices, and containerised architectures.
• Strong DevOps capability including CI/CD and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end modernisation engagements from assessment through delivery and transition.
• Conduct portfolio assessments analysing legacy codebases, debt, and opportunities.
• Create actionable modernisation roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Evaluate AI-assisted modernisation tools across customer environments.
• Define target-state architectures leveraging cloud-native and microservices.
• Develop repeatable modernisation methodologies and delivery patterns.
• Facilitate workshops with CTOs and Enterprise Architects.
• Support pre-sales through solution shaping and technical leadership.
