We’re partnering with a leading independent real estate transactions and investment oversight platform to appoint a Senior Analyst / Associate into their Sydney team.

The business has built a highly differentiated niche at the intersection of global capital and Australian development, acting as a trusted local execution partner for international clients deploying capital into complex, high profile real estate projects. They are sector agnostic, with a market leading portfolio spanning major asset classes and active involvement across the entire investment lifecycle, from origination and JV structuring through due diligence, financial close and ongoing project oversight.

In this role, you will work closely with global capital partners and senior transaction leads in a lean, high-performance team, not only executing transactions but actively partnering with investors as their local representative for the life of each project. You will stay involved well beyond financial close, supporting joint venture management, development oversight, investor reporting and strategic decision making as projects progress on the ground. This offers rare end to end exposure in the Australian market and a genuine opportunity to influence outcomes, rather than simply advise on a single buy or sell decision.

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years’ experience from Investment Banking, Real Estate Investment Management, Valuations or Big 4 Transactions, with strong transaction execution skills and the ability to navigate both commercial and legal documentation. Real estate exposure is preferred but not essential. A genuine interest in development led deals and a proactive, detail-oriented approach will be key.
