Job summary

Lawyers Weekly is partnering with a Brisbane-based firm to recruit a Corporate Advisory Lawyer focused on financial services regulation. The role centers on AML/CTF compliance and related corporate advisory matters, drafting policies and agreements for a diverse client base.

You will collaborate with senior practitioners in a supportive, balanced environment that prioritises development and mentorship. A minimum of 4 years’ post-admission experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' post-admission experience in corporate advisory or financial services law.
• Strong technical understanding of financial services regulation and AML/CTF.
• Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks and collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review compliance plans, AML/CTF policies, disclosures, and investment agreements.
• Advise clients across financial planners, fund managers, and international providers.
• Contribute to a collaborative, mentor-driven environment within the firm.
