Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in North Sydney, Australia, is seeking a Senior Manager, AI Strategy & Enablement to translate AI ambition into business outcomes. This transformation role accelerates productivity at scale and drives enterprise-wide AI adoption across the Australian business.

You will set the AI vision, influence senior leaders, build roadmaps, secure investment, and embed AI into long-range planning and daily operations across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI, digital, data, analytics or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Ability to link technology investments to commercial outcomes.
• Experience building strategy, roadmaps and enterprise-wide adoption programs.
• Track record scaling high-value AI or automation opportunities.
• Strong governance, investment, benefits realisation and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence executive leaders and align diverse stakeholders behind change.
• Mix of strategic thinking, commercial acumen and technology curiosity.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI and advanced analytics.
• Qualifications in Change Management, Agile, Lean or Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy and enablement across Australia.
• Define AI roadmap aligned to the Long Range Plan and transformation priorities.
• Identify opportunities and turn them into scalable business outcomes.
• Build and lead a portfolio of high-value AI initiatives and secure investment.
• Embed AI into everyday ways of working and build AI literacy at all levels.
• Lead governance, partnerships and stakeholder alignment for responsible AI.
