Job summary

Quantium, in collaboration with wiqLabs, is building an AI-first engineering team. You will design and deliver AI-enabled tools that power the organisation, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure, while maintaining a high bar for technical ability and independence.

You will work daily with coding agents, apply breadth across backend, frontend and cloud, and help define how Central AI Assets works, what it builds and how it grows.

About The Role

wiqLabs builds the internal tools and products that power the wider wiq business, and we're forming a new team to take that further. This is an AI-first engineering team. You'll work with coding agents every day, steering them, challenging them and shipping quality work quickly. You'll build tools that are used across the organisation, including CI/CD and deployment infrastructure and conversational analytics products. Because we deliver to the rest of the business, we keep a high bar for technical ability and independence, and we hire people who are already sharp with AI.

How will you make an impact?

• Build AI-enabled solutions: Design and deliver tools and products that teams across wiq rely on every day
• Work with coding agents daily: Use agents as a core part of how you build, and judge quickly whether they are heading in the right or wrong direction
• Shape a new team: Help define how Central AI Assets works, what it builds and how it grows
• Work across the stack: Apply your breadth across backend, frontend and cloud to solve problems end to end
• Share your knowledge: Learn from your teammates and lift the team’s AI engineering practice as you go
