Job summary

nbn is seeking a Senior Advisor Safety, Environment and Wellbeing to support the organisation's commitment to creating a positive safety culture and robust wellbeing programs. You will work with business leaders, field teams, regulators and suppliers to provide practical guidance on health, safety, wellbeing and environmental practices, ensuring alignment with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in safety, wellbeing and/or human resources within a large and complex organisation.
• Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline with qualifications in Safety and Wellbeing or HR.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Support incident, hazard and risk management activities from initial notification through to closure.
• Provide practical advice and guidance on health, safety, wellbeing and environmental practices.
• Contribute to governance processes, reporting and continuous improvement of Safety, Environment and Wellbeing programs.
