Job summary

Fenergo is seeking a Principal Advisor to lead delivery of its CLM and FinCrime offerings across client environments. You will engage with clients to define scope, design operating models, and guide complex implementations in financial services.

The role requires SME-level delivery leadership, cross-team collaboration, and strong commercial acumen. You will travel domestically and internationally to client sites and Fenergo offices, ensuring best-practice design and alignment with product

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Technology or equivalent.
• 10+ years' industry and domain experience implementing, consulting or managing software projects in financial services.
• Knowledge of AML regulations across EU27; Luxembourg/UK knowledge a plus.
• Strong presentation, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients as a domain and product expert.
• Define operating model with introduction of Fen-X architecture.
• Challenge requirements to drive optimal solutions aligned with product strategy.
• Foresee and elevate issues to avoid negative project impact.
• Provide customer demonstrations on Fen-X CLM platform.
• Support pre-sales and sales as needed.
• Shape delivery organization through leadership and mentoring.
• Deliver training and SME support across Fenergo products.
• Keep up to date with regulatory practices, product changes, and regional initiatives.
