Job summary

Veolia is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts and Procurement Advisor to support water operations across NSW. The role covers minor capital works, spares, consumables, consulting and indirect services, with offices in Pyrmont, Wollongong or Newcastle and travel to NSW water sites.

You will develop practical procurement strategies, advise stakeholders, analyse spend and drive savings while collaborating with national category managers and site teams.

Qualifications

• Strong procurement experience across multiple categories.
• Experience supporting operational, infrastructure or project environments.
• Commercial, analytical and problem solving skills.
• The ability to turn business needs into practical procurement solutions.
• Availability to travel to NSW water sites occasionally.

The Opportunity

Veolia is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts and Procurement Advisor to support our water operations across NSW. Working closely with regional leaders, operational teams and technical specialists, you will develop practical procurement strategies that reduce risk, improve processes and deliver value. Your portfolio will cover varied spend categories, including minor capital works, spares, consumables, consulting and other indirect services. You will also collaborate with national and global category managers to leverage broader opportunities. The role can be based in Pyrmont, Wollongong or Newcastle and will involve travel to Veolia’s NSW water sites.
