Job summary

Veolia in Australia seeks a Senior Contracts and Procurement Advisor to support NSW water operations from Pyrmont, Wollongong, or Newcastle. You will develop procurement strategies, advise stakeholders, analyse spend, and manage supplier performance while coordinating with Legal and Finance.

Occasional travel to NSW water sites is required. You will contribute to risk reduction, process improvements and value delivery across minor capital works, spares, consumables and indirect services.

The Opportunity

Veolia is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts and Procurement Advisor to support our water operations across NSW. Working closely with regional leaders, operational teams and technical specialists, you will develop practical procurement strategies that reduce risk, improve processes and deliver value. Your portfolio will cover varied spend categories, including minor capital works, spares, consumables, consulting and other indirect services. You will also collaborate with national and global category managers to leverage broader opportunities. The role can be based in Pyrmont, Wollongong or Newcastle and will involve travel to Veolia’s NSW water sites.
