Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network seeks a Senior Administrative Officer for the Regional Operations Centre. The role supports leadership, coordination and day-to-day operations across Mt Pleasant and Nuriootpa with work-from-home options.

You will manage rostering, develop staff, liaise with clinical teams and drive process improvements in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Hybrid arrangement offered with a strong focus on service delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive administrative experience in a complex healthcare/service environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative, coordination and secretariat support to the Regional Operations Centre.
• Lead and support the ROC Administration Team, fostering a collaborative, customer-focused culture.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clinical teams, Local Health Networks and external stakeholders.
• Prepare high-quality correspondence, reports and meeting documentation with confidentiality.
• Drive continuous improvement of administrative processes and support audits and planning.
