About the role

We have 1 full‑time opportunity available for a Senior Administration Officer to join our Maddington team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Business Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the success of our operations, with the Administration Officer position directly reporting into the Senior role.

The position is responsible for leading the administration team to provide excellent customer service and administrative support within the facility. This will include a range of tasks, from general data entry, record maintenance and coordinating meetings, to coaching the wider administrative team to provide a welcoming first point of contact for queries from residents and their families.

The right candidate will possess the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, backed by outstanding Microsoft Office skills and experience. Your solutions‑focused mindset, coupled with exceptional problem‑solving skills, will empower you to overcome any challenges that come your way. Your commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to efficiently carry out precise data entry will ensure the seamless operation of the team. In addition, you will also have:

  • In‑depth experience in a similar role, ideally within a service‑focused environment
  • Well‑developed interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Accreditation Quality Standards is desirable
  • Microsoft Office expertise at an intermediate level
  • National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
