Work within one of Melbourne's leading, growing specialist accounting firms, conveniently based in the CBD; a friendly, mid-tier practice committed to strong client relationships and a supportive team environment. This is a newly created role, offering a fantastic opportunity to grow with the practice.

Key day to day responsibilities:

  • You will be the backbone of the administration team, ensuring smooth client administration and document management processes.
  • Supporting ATO & ASIC correspondence
  • Data Management: Maintain client database with precision & care.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, positive client relationships.

Key skills & attributes to be successful:

  • Experience is Key: Previous experience as an Administrator or Client Services Coordinator in a similar sector (ideally an accounting or financial services firm) is highly regarded.
  • ASIC Expertise: Proficiency in ASIC documentation is essential.
  • Communication: Excellent written & verbal interpersonal skills
  • Engagement Skills: Great client engagement & relationship-building skills.
