Responsibilities

• As a Senior Accounts Payable Officer, contribute to day-to-day success and ongoing development of the AP function.
• Manage assigned supplier accounts and creditor ledgers, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Oversee CAPEX-related supplier accounts and transactions in collaboration with procurement.
• Process invoices and resolve rejections within service levels and compliance.
• Support resolution of supplier, branch and stakeholder queries professionally and promptly.
• Assist with payment runs, month-end activities and audit requirements.
• Support training and knowledge sharing across the team and with suppliers.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve controls and user experience.
• Promote compliance with policies, procurement practices and financial controls.
• Act as SME and escalation point for complex AP matters; provide leadership support when needed.
