Lawson Elliott Recruitment is seeking an Accountant/Senior Accountant for a progressive CA firm in Gosford, NSW. The role offers $80k-$110k plus super and benefits, including study support, with a hybrid mix of in-office and at-home work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years local experience in a Business Services role.
• Currently studying, or completed CA/CPA qualification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work in a collaborative, high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for and assist in managing a portfolio of clients.
• Work closely with clients - communicating through emails, phone, and in person.
• Gain experience across various entities such as groups, companies, partnerships, trusts, and individuals.
• Prepare accounts, tax returns, BAS, GST and FBT etc
• Prepare financial reports
