Minchin Recruitment Pty Ltd seeks Accountant grade professionals in Brisbane CBD, offering Intermediate, Senior and Supervisor levels. Roles involve financial statements, tax work, and advisory tasks across diverse client groups, with guidance from experienced colleagues.

You'll join a growing Business Advisory division, with CA/CPA study support, ongoing development conversations and opportunities for progression within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Australian public practice experience in business services, taxation or business advisory.
• A degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
• CA or CPA studies underway, or a completed qualification.
• Technical capability across financial statements, tax returns and compliance.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and an organised approach to deadlines.
• Interest in understanding clients' businesses and providing practical support.
• Collaborative approach to learning, feedback and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Work across a varied portfolio of entrepreneurs, private businesses and complex groups.
• Responsibilities reflect appointment level, including preparing statements and tax returns.
• Assist with BAS, IAS, GST and PAYG compliance and related advisory work.
• Support junior staff with guidance and review feedback and coordinate delivery.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and resolve queries.
