Job summary

Henderson is launching its own accounting arm in Australia and seeks an accountant who wants to move from routine lodgement to proactive advisory. You will own client relationships and drive wealth outcomes for property portfolios.

Role covers structuring, tax planning, and aligned advisory with our broader property team. You will help build the division, scale services, and deliver outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA) required.
• Strong communication and advisory capabilities.
• Ability to provide proactive, client-centric tax and structuring guidance.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and act as trusted advisor across property-focused portfolios.
• Advise on entity structures, trusts, ownership, and suitable setups for scale.
• Provide proactive tax planning ahead of deadlines and ensure compliant lodgements.
• Collaborate with buyers agents and asset management to support the property plan.
• Help shape systems, service model and accounting practices for scale.
