Job summary

Integrated Human Resourcing is seeking a Senior Accountant - Public Practice (Advisory) in central Gold Coast. You will manage a diverse client portfolio, providing high-quality compliance and advisory services while building long-term relationships.

The role offers leadership pathways, with opportunities to contribute to automation and AI initiatives, and to grow into senior leadership through active client development and mentoring of junior staff.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification completed or in progress.
• 5+ years of Australian public practice accounting experience.
• Strong technical accounting, taxation, and financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a diverse client portfolio across taxation, compliance, advisory and financial reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns and BAS for various structures.
• Provide proactive commercial and taxation advice to support client growth.
• Mentor junior team members and drive capability across the team.
• Collaborate with Directors on complex financial matters and process improvements.
• Lead automation and AI initiatives, and improve workflows and technology integration.
• Build trusted client relationships and represent the firm at events.
