Job summary

Lawson Delaney is seeking a seasoned Senior Accountant to join their Melbourne team. You will be based in a modern office just outside the CBD, work with large complex clients, and mentor graduate accountants as part of an ambitious advisory-focused practice.

The role requires CA/CPA qualifications and at least five years in a larger firm, with strong technical capabilities and exceptional communication. Salaries are based on experience with regular reviews.

You will be based in their modern office located just outside the CBD, and will be part of an ambitious team with like-minded individuals who strive to succeed and improve.

Role Requirements

• Able to assist in managing graduate accountants

• Business consulting experience would be beneficial, as large component of the role will be advisory
• Interpersonal skills are a must for the successful candidate who must be results driven but also have strong empathy and a nurturing nature towards all stakeholders.
