Job summary

Salt Financial Group in Melbourne is seeking a CA/CPA-qualified Senior Accountant with at least five years’ Australian public-practice experience to join our growing Accounting team. You will build trusted client relationships, provide advisory input, and contribute to the firm’s development.

You will own a varied client portfolio, prepare financial statements and tax returns, apply your accounting and taxation knowledge, and participate in technology and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification.
• At least five years’ Australian public-practice experience.
• Strong technical accounting and taxation capability.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.
• Sound judgement, initiative and close attention to detail.
• A desire to keep learning, contribute ideas and grow with the firm.
