Qualifications

• Experience in a creative, advertising or integrated agency.
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Curiosity about brands and culture; ability to contribute ideas.
• Strong time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to translate client feedback into actionable next steps for the team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day account operations, WIPs, meetings, actions and records.
• Develop deep understanding of the client’s business, brands and audiences.
• Turn client challenges into briefs with strategy and senior leadership.
• Coordinate integrated teams to deliver work on time and on budget.
• Build trusted client relationships and keep stakeholders aligned.
