Qualifications

• Aboriginal health practitioner with appropriate registration and experience in advanced generalist practice.
• Experience in care coordination and culturally safe service delivery.
• Ability to work within Primary Health Care in Central Australia Region.

Responsibilities

• As an advanced practitioner, ensure care coordination of a culturally safe and responsive health care services through the provision of treatment of illness, promoting holistic health and wellbeing within a specified area of Advanced Generalist clinical practice to individuals, families and communities.
