Job summary

Flying Bark Productions is seeking a talented animator to join our studio in Sydney. You will contribute to character animation, including lip sync and expressive performance, in a CG production environment.

Collaboration with supervisors and the animation team to realize the EP's vision is essential. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of production experience in 3D animated films or episodic content, a strong portfolio, and solid Maya skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years production experience in 3D animated films or episodic content.
• Demo reels showcasing facial performance & body mechanics.
• Portfolio with mature, stylized and anime-inspired animation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the animation team to achieve the EP's vision.
• Proficient with keyframe animation including posing, timing, and pacing.
• Rough out animation blocking for review and then revise to completion.
