Sarina Russo Job Access in Bankstown seeks a dedicated Self Employment Assistance Coach to empower aspiring entrepreneurs. You will coach, assess applications, and guide participants through business planning, cash flow forecasting and growth strategies to build thriving ventures.

The role is full-time and based in Bankstown, with some travel across South West Sydney. You will mentor and support individuals to achieve business milestones while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering coaching and mentoring to entrepreneurs.
• Strong understanding of business planning and financial forecasting.
• Ability to engage with community stakeholders and referral partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to aspiring business owners.
• Assess concepts for suitability to the Self Employment program.
• Help develop business plans, cash flow forecasts and growth strategies.
• Build relationships with participants, stakeholders and referral partners.
• Maintain accurate records and support participants throughout their journey.
