Job summary

Labourforce is seeking experienced Voice Pickers for a busy distribution centre in Canning Vale. This casual role offers $32.32 per hour with casual loading and permanent opportunities after ~3 months. Early starts before 6am, Monday–Friday rosters, and multiple shift options apply.

You will work across dry, cold, freezer and alcohol areas and be paid per hour with opportunities to progress. Applicants should have voice picking experience, EPJ familiarity, and the physical capability to lift up

• Voice picking experience preferred.
• Recent pick-pack experience in busy distribution centre.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 30kg repeatedly.
• Full Working Rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Voice picking orders using a voice-directed picking system.
• Operate an electric pallet jack (EPJ) / MHE.
• Pick across dry store, cold store, freezer and alcohol distribution areas.
• Meet picking KPIs and maintain high accuracy.
• Maintain a safe, organised warehouse environment.
• Willing to work across all warehouse areas, including cold and freezer environments.

Experienced Voice Pickers – Canning Vale | $32.32 p/h | Casual Role with Permanent Opportunities

Labourforce are currently seeking experienced Voice Pickers to join a busy wholesale distribution centre located in Canning Vale.

Our client is a well-established Australian-owned wholesale distribution company supplying supermarkets and retailers with household goods, food products and alcoholic beverages.

Due to continued growth, we have multiple casual positions available, with opportunities to progress into permanent roles after approximately 3 months for reliable and high-performing candidates.

Pay & Shifts

• $32.32 per hour (casual loading included)
• Early morning allowance for shifts starting before 6am
• Monday – Friday roster
• Multiple shift options available

Duties

• Voice picking orders using a voice-directed picking system
• Operating an electric pallet jack (EPJ) / MHE
• Picking products across multiple warehouse environments:
  • Dry store
  • Cold store
  • Freezer
  • Alcohol distribution
• Repetitive manual handling up to 30kg
• Working to pick rate KPIs
• Maintaining a safe and organised warehouse environment

All candidates must be willing to work across all warehouse areas, including cold and freezer environments.

Requirements

• Previous voice picking experience preferred
• Double MHE / EPJ experience preferred but not essential
• Recent pick pack experience in a busy distribution centre
• Ability to meet picking KPIs
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 30kg repeatedly
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Full Working Rights in Australia
