Datacom Fire and Security Solutions – Gosford NSW is seeking a Security Technician to install, service and program residential and commercial security systems across the Central Coast. This is a permanent, full-time role with an immediate start.

You will work with Tecom, Bosch, AJAX, Integrity, DAS or Concept panels; two years of experience and a NSW Security Licence are essential. Company vehicle and phone are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience as a Security Technician.
• Current NSW Security Licence and cabling registration.
• Full Australian driver licence and Construction White Card.
• Clear communication and presentation.

Responsibilities

SECURITY TECHNICIAN – $95K–$142K + SUPER + VEHICLE

Datacom Security Solutions is a well-established security company based on the Central Coast. We install, service and maintain residential and commercial security systems.

We are seeking an experienced Security Technician to join our team in a permanent, full-time position.

The successful applicant will receive a base salary of $95,000–$142,000, depending on experience and technical capability, plus:

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for installing, servicing, fault-finding and programming:

Experience with Tecom, Bosch, AJAX, Integrity, DAS or Concept panels will be highly regarded. You do not need experience with every system listed, but you must have solid security industry experience and be confident working independently.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum two years’ experience as a Security Technician
• Current NSW Security Licence
• Current cabling registration
• Full Australian driver licence
• Construction White Card
• Strong technical and fault-finding skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional presentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new systems and procedures
