APA Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager - Security to lead the coordination and delivery of APA's security uplift program, supporting compliance, resilience and security capability improvements across the business.

You will partner with senior leaders across Protective Security, Cyber Security and Enterprise Resilience to develop an integrated roadmap, manage governance, risk and executive reporting, and drive delivery outcomes across multiple functions.

Formación

• Strong program or portfolio management experience within a complex organisational environment.
• Knowledge of security legislation and governance frameworks is advantageous.
• Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across diverse business functions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the coordination and governance of APA's security uplift program across functions.
• Coordinate program activities across protective security, cyber security, resilience and assurance initiatives.
• Develop and manage an integrated program roadmap with milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Facilitate alignment across functions on priorities, resources and delivery outcomes.
• Establish governance and reporting frameworks to provide visibility of performance and readiness.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide assessments to identify capability gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare executive papers, governance updates and investment recommendations.
• Manage risks, issues, decisions and dependencies with timely escalation.
• Engage with internal stakeholders, delivery partners and third-party operators to support outcomes.
• Provide program insights, reporting and decision-support materials to senior leaders.
• Monitor progress across workstreams to ensure alignment with the program roadmap.
• Track uplift obligations, implementation activities and evidence for compliance reporting.
