Job summary

Vigilant Protection is seeking reliable guards to operate in pubs and clubs across the city and Western Sydney. Weekend and weekday availability is required, along with fluency in English and the ability to write reports.

Guards must possess a current first aid certificate, RSA, and NSW security licence. Key duties include crowd control, static security, and roving, with vigilance to mitigate risks and to maintain RSA compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience required.
• Guards must be able to work both alone and in a team.
• Guards must be proficient in communication skills and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Guard must be alert, active, and mitigate risks in different roles: crowd control, static security, and roving.
• Regularly monitor patrons to uphold RSA requirements.
• Make entries in the onsite incident registers.
