Job summary

Omega Security Services is seeking experienced Security Officers to work at sites in Western Australia, FIFO from Perth. Jobs offer casual rosters (e.g., 7:7, 14:14) with 12-hour day/night shifts.

The role covers site integrity, access control, perimeter checks, daily logs, and emergency response. Applicants should have 2+ years experience, WA security licence, first aid/CPR, Crowd Control, RSA, driver licence, and be willing to obtain Snake Handler on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years security experience preferred.
• Valid WA Security Officers licence.
• First aid and CPR certificates held.
• Crowd control and RSA certificates required.
• Driver licence; willingness to complete Snake Handler on site.

Job description

Omega Security Services provides fully trained and experienced tertiary qualified security personnel. Our people are personable and effective in their customer service to ensure they work well with your staff. Ensuring the safety of your people and assets is our priority.

We are currently looking for experienced Security Officers to work at our sites in Western Australia FIFO from Perth.

Working with well-regarded clients, the successful candidate will work on a variety of casual rosters (E.g. 7:7, 14:14, 14:7), working 12 hour rotating days & nights.

The Position

• Ensure site integrity and safety
• Site access control for people and vehicles
• Mobile security checks of site perimeter, camp and laydown areas
• Maintain daily security logs
• Emergency response and incident control

The Person

• Minimum of 2 years experience preferable
• Minimum Cert II Security Operations
• Hold a valid WA Security Officers licence
• Current first aid and CPR Certificates
• Crowd Control Licence
• RSA Certificate
• Driver Licence
• Willing and able to complete a Snake Handler Certificate of Competency on site
