Job summary

Allied Integrated Management – Newcastle NSW is seeking licensed Security Guards to join our team on-site with our client, a leader in medical research (HRMI) based in Newcastle. This casual position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your security career with a company that values professionalism, safety, and service excellence.

Join Allied Security Management to support access control, patrols, CCTV monitoring and incident reporting for a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Current and valid 1A Security License.
• Current First Aid Certificate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic and professional presentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage situations calmly.
• Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Previous experience in security is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Site access control and visitor management.
• Foot and vehicle patrols.
• Incident response and reporting.
• Monitoring of CCTV and alarm systems.
• Ensuring a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, and the public.
