Job summary

Whizdom is seeking a Security & Conditional Access Engineer for a six-month engagement in Melbourne. The role focuses on Azure security, Conditional Access, IAM governance and Terraform-based automation in a hybrid environment.

You will design CA policies, implement Identity Protection, and drive Zero Trust across cloud and on-prem components, collaborating with IAM, security operations and cloud engineering teams to strengthen access controls.

Qualifications

• Azure security and IAM governance experience.
• Proficient with Azure Conditional Access and Identity Protection.
• Experience applying Zero Trust across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience.
• Experience with Azure IaaS and PaaS environments.
• Strong security governance and policy design.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Azure Conditional Access policies to secure users, devices and applications.
• Configure and manage Identity Protection, risk-based access controls and authentication security measures.
• Support the adoption of Zero Trust principles across cloud and hybrid environments.

About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
