The role spans compute, ML, security, storage, and databases, with a focus on health monitoring, diagnostics, and automation to support growth and customer missions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of admin experience in networking, storage, OS, and hands-on systems engineering.
• Experience programming in Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
• Experience with Linux/Unix.
• Preferred: experience with distributed systems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and/or refine system requirements and operability-related features.
• Develop or improve tools and processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Adapt operations to accommodate growth in systems and traffic.
• Participate in production acceptance tests and hardware evaluations.
• Monitor fleet health and automate health checks and maintenance tasks.
• Join on-call rotations to resolve incidents out-of-hours.
