Job summary

The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking an experienced Section Leader Development Assessment to guide a talented team across development assessment, engineering and building certification. About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead positive change, help shape the future of our growing city and make a meaningful difference for customers and the community.

As Section Leader Development Assessment, you will lead a talented and diverse team across development assessment, development engineering and building certification. You will provide clear direction, grow leadership capability and empower your people to deliver timely, consistent and high-quality development outcomes.

You will be joining a team with plenty to celebrate. They have achieved significant reductions in DA timeframes and have been recognised multiple times through the NSW State Government Faster Assessment Incentives Program. Your role will be to build on this success, maintain momentum and support even smarter, faster and more customer-focused ways of working.

• Competitive salary from around $137K - $144K, depending on your capabilities and experience + 12% superannuation
