• Ability to coordinate tasks and support the work of education staff.

• Experience supporting student wellbeing and learning in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides routine support for teachers including assisting with planning student routines.
• Supports communication between teachers and parents.
• Communicates with teachers on routine matters related to students and/or other responsibilities.
• Provides basic physical care and wellbeing support for students such as toileting, meals, and lifting.
• Co-ordinates and supports educational programs under teacher direction.
• Assists with rostering and organising the work of aides and other support staff.
• Supports health and wellbeing tasks and liaises with external support services as needed.
