Job summary

St Peters Lutheran College Springfield is seeking a passionate and experienced Secondary Teacher – Psychology and Science to join our Secondary School teaching team under a maximum term contract from 4 January 2027 to 18 June 2027 on a full-time basis.

This role focuses on Senior Psychology for Years 11 and 12 and Junior Secondary Science, delivering engaging programs and building strong student relationships in a faith-based college.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers.
• Experience and demonstrated expertise teaching Senior Psychology.
• Experience teaching Secondary Science.
• Strong knowledge of the Queensland curriculum and senior assessment requirements.
• Contemporary and effective classroom management practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to student wellbeing and academic growth.
• Support for the Christian ethos and values of St Peters Lutheran College.

Responsibilities
