BFS Wilton OOSH invites applications for a Second In Charge role to support the director in delivering quality learning experiences at BFS Wilton OOSH. You’ll help create a warm, safe environment where children can grow and engage with families and educators.

Your leadership will ensure programs meet policy, quality standards, and child protection rules. You’ll work alongside dedicated educators to plan activities, promote safety, and foster strong community connections, while supporting

Location: BFS Wilton OOSH
Rostered Hours: Monday to Friday - 6.5 hours per day
Employment Status: Permanent, Part‑Time

As a Second In Charge, you'll play an important role in creating a positive, engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Working alongside the Director, you'll help deliver meaningful experiences for children while building strong, respectful relationships with families and fellow educators. You'll have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas to the program and support the day-to-day operation of BFS Wilton OOSH. In this role, you'll also help ensure the service remains compliant with BFS Children's Services policies and procedures, the National Quality Framework, and Child Protection legislation.

• Evidence of completion of the National Child Safety Training Foundation Course
