Job summary

Munro Footwear Group (MFG) is seeking a Customer Experience Champion to join our Tweed City team for the peak trading season. In this casual retail role, you’ll greet customers with energy, help them find the perfect fit, and keep the store looking sharp.

You’ll rotate through stock deliveries and service tasks, adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, and be available from late November through February 2027.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Availability during peak season (Nov–Feb).
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with energy and assist with finding the perfect fit.
• Keep the store looking presentable and organized.
• Assist with stock deliveries and sales transactions.
