Job summary

Lorna Jane Pty is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Assistant at our Warringah Mall location in Sydney. You will deliver personalised styling, assist customers, and help store teams during peak trading periods.

We value energy and warmth, offer training from day one, and provide a team discount plus a free outfit to start. This temporary role runs for three months, including weekends and late shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is a plus.
• Energetic and friendly, with a can-do attitude.
• Available for full 3-month period including weekends and peak sale days.

The Opportunity

We have several positions for Seasonal Retail Sales Assistants at our Lorna Jane Warringah Mall throughout our busiest and most exciting time of the year.

This is more than just a sales role, you will connect with customers, share styling tips to your customer across their Activewear purchases.

Retail experience is a bonus, especially if you know what it takes to deliver great service while hitting budgets. What matters most is your energy, your attitude, and a real interest in helping people, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

Peak season means shifts across seven days, including late-night trading, Boxing Day, and major sale events, so flexibility is key.
