BCF Mittagong is seeking a Seasonal Casual Retail Assistant to support customers, stock shelves, and maintain a welcoming store environment during peak period. You’ll help shoppers find the right products and enjoy generous team member discounts.

We value reliability, energy, and willingness to work Tue/Wed/Fri across the busy season (mid-October to early-February). Pre-employment checks apply, including reference checks and work rights verification.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is a bonus but not essential.
• Reliability and resilience.
• Stocking shelves and assisting customers throughout the day.
• Knowledge or passion for our products is highly regarded.
