Job summary

Universal Store is recruiting for casual customer-focused team members during the Christmas period in Australia. Roles run from October 2026 through 7 February 2027, with onboarding and training provided.

You'll deliver exceptional service, build rapport with customers, maintain store presentation, and work collaboratively within a high-performing team to support sales targets during our busiest season.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is desirable but not required.
• Customer-focused approach with strong communication.
• Able to work across busy Christmas trading period.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and create in-store experiences.

• Support daily store operations from stock room to shop floor.
