Job summary

UNIQLO Australia is seeking Seasonal Store Associates to serve customers, share product knowledge, and represent the Fast Retailing brand on the shop floor. You will greet customers, help with fitting rooms and checkouts, and keep the store clean and well-stocked.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
• Ability to be approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Can follow detailed instructions and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting all customers in a friendly manner.
• Maintaining excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness.
• Providing exceptional service at shop floor, fitting rooms and checkouts.
• Processing of deliveries, maintaining tidy stock and equipment/back of house areas.
• Replenishment of stock and display changes on the shop floor.
