Neverland Store Pty Ltd invites applications for Seasonal Casual roles at NEVERLAND EASTLAND. You will join a dynamic team during the festive period, delivering high-energy customer experiences and sharing in the excitement of streetwear trends.

Availability from November 2026 through mid-January 2027, including weekends and late-night shifts, is essential. Retail enthusiasm is valued, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Support store operations with opening/closing tasks.
• Follow company policies and health & safety standards.
• Deliver the Neverland customer experience with energy and product knowledge.
• Help achieve store sales targets through confident customer interactions.
• Assist with visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to maintain brand standards.
• Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and team for smooth operations.
• Take initiative on shift to support store performance and presentation.

About The Role

Step into the festive season in style with Neverland an Australian streetwear retailer that aims to be a go-to destination for product, trend and culture. Open to all locations across the business. As a Seasonal Casual, you’ll unite together, bringing the energy as a team. Deliver the Neverland customer experience with energy, product knowledge, and a positive attitude during the most fun and busiest time of year. Streetwear Starts Here and we’re home to some of the best brands in street offering the latest from Kiss Chacey, Nena & Pasadena (NXP), Americain, WNDRR & more!

We are looking for Seasonal Casuals to join our team at NEVERLAND EASTLAND.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the store team with daily operations, including opening and closing tasks as required
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards at all times
• Deliver the Neverland customer experience with energy, product knowledge, and a positive attitude
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets through confident customer interactions and efficient task execution
• Assist with visual merchandising, product placement, and promotional set-ups to maintain brand standards
• Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and team to ensure smooth store operations
• Take initiative and ownership on shift, stepping up where needed to support store performance and presentation

What We’re Looking For

• Full availability from November 2026 to mid-January 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
• Retail experience is great, but is not essential
• Passionate about streetwear, fashion, and delivering standout customer experience
• Love the hustle of a fast-paced festive season
