Pandora is fast approaching the busiest and most exciting time of the year and we are seeking results-driven, target-focused Sales Associate to join the store teams on a fixed term contract.

• Fixed term contracts start from the 27 October until 11 January .
• All contracts include weekdays, weekends and Public Holidays.
• Applicants should only apply if they have availability during these given dates.

The role

Our incredible Casual Sales Associates are our brand ambassadors, and the link between our products and our customers. They lead the success of the store by influencing sales, excelling in customer service, and sharing their knowledge of our products and brand.

What to expect from the role

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills; focusing on up‑selling, units per transaction and average transaction value
• Build the bond between our brand and our customer by answering queries, providing exemplary service and adapting your approach depending on individuals’ personalities, loves and needs
• Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximise sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience
• Assisting with product deliveries; unloading and storing in the correct spaces in store
• Merchandising the store and maintaining high shop floor standards; taking pride in your environment
• Operating the till system, handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges

Application Process

To be considered for the role, part of our application process, you will be required to complete a 15 minute questionnaire to enable us to see how amazing you will be in the role and how will fit into our team.

Interviews will be conducted between 16th September and 23rd September .
