Williams Shellharbour is hiring a Seasonal Casual Sales Assistant to join during our busy trade season, delivering the Munro Experience with every interaction. You’ll greet customers, help them find their perfect fit, and keep the store looking its best.

This casual retail role runs through the peak period from late November to February 2027. We value energy, teamwork, and flexibility, with opportunities to stay on after the season and enjoy generous staff discounts across MFG brands.

Be a Customer Experience Champion. At Munro Footwear Group (MFG), we're looking for energetic team members to join our Williams Shellharbourteam during our biggest trade season,when our stores are buzzing and we focus on delivering the ‘Munro Experience' with every interaction.

As a Customer Experience Champion (retail casual), you'll greet every customer with high energy, help them find their perfect fit, and keep the store looking on point. From stock deliveries to customer service that counts, you'll help to make every moment matter for our customers.
